I practically live at the lake in the summer. I go to fish, but that is simply an excuse to be up there, seeing all the animals, taking pictures, swimming. Being out in the woods feeds my soul. I used photos printed onto fabric, four great batiks, and leather strip fringe.

I love to be in the nature as well! And I think your quilt looks wonderful, it really gives the feeling of having the nature surrounding you!

Thank you, and thank you, Mari! I have done the Winter Wonderland quilt all in reds and pinks as well. It still awaits the piecing it all together... Truly a fun quilt to embroider and make blocks for!
