This quilt was salvaged from an attempt years ago to adhere the initial scene onto a t-shirt. Um...didn't work, as it made the shirt so stiff the shoulders stood out from my body like a football player's shoulder pads! The dark blue shore line is all that remains of the t-shirt. I added more trees, the sparkling night dark sky and quilted lightly. Looks much better on a wall than on me!When this blog first began, it featured all things quilty and was titled Art From The Heart. Years go by, interests morph, horizons expand, and all of a sudden you realize you are a quilter, yes...but also a spinner, weaver, knitter, crocheter, mixed media, fiber artist. The art is still from the heart, but the new name reflects my excitement with all things fiber! It's Fantabulous!
